Bleaching trays for home whitening

When you want to whiten your teeth at home, we recommend the use of whitening trays if you do not already have your own. Bleaching trays are tailored to fit your teeth, making the whitening process more efficient and comfortable.

How long does it take to make whitening strips?

With us, it takes approx. from 1 day if it is urgent to 1 week for the delivery of bleaching trays. We first take a digital impression with 3shape and send to a file to a dental technician or, if it is urgent, we take a normal impression and make whitening trays for you on the same day.

How to use whitening strips?

You put the hydrogen peroxide gel in whitening trays, then you put whitening trays on the upper jaw and lower jaw. After 2-4 hours, remove the whitening strips and rinse well with water. Take before and after photos to see the results.

What can't you eat when whitening your teeth?

For two days after the bleaching, we strongly recommend that you avoid drinking coffee, red wine and consuming food/drinks with strong dyes. If you do not exaggerate the use of coffee, tea and smoke, the effect of teeth whitening will last up to one year. It is entirely possible to buy more bleach if you want to whiten your teeth more.

How many days do you have to whiten your teeth?

Most people will be satisfied with the effect after 10-12 days. In others, the whitening will go a little faster (5-7 days).

How to get white teeth without bleaching?

Daily and thorough cleaning of the teeth is fundamental to keeping the teeth healthy and white . If you do not want to avoid products that can completely discolour your teeth, you can reduce your intake somewhat. Make it a habit to drink a glass of water after eating or drinking anything that can discolor your teeth.

Dental Health Tips:

  • Brush your teeth properly: Brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day for at least two minutes each time. Use a fluoride toothpaste to strengthen tooth enamel.
  • Clean between the teeth: Use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to remove plaque and food debris that the brush cannot reach.
  • Visit the dentist regularly: Go to the dentist at least twice a year for routine check-ups and professional teeth cleaning.
  • Eat a healthy diet: Reduce your intake of sugary foods and drinks that can lead to tooth decay. Eat more fruits, vegetables and calcium-rich foods to maintain strong teeth.
  • Avoid tobacco products: Smoking and sniffing can cause dental problems and gum disease. Try to stop or reduce the use of these products for better dental health.
  • Protect your teeth during activities: Use a mouth guard during sports activities or when you perform activities with a risk of tooth damage.
  • Care for dentures: If you have dentures, be sure to clean them regularly and store them safely to avoid damage and infection.
